This Terms of User Agreement (“ToU”) is made between Sanlitunbei (“Sanlitunbei,” “we,” “us” or ”our”) and you, the individual choosing to use our online services (“you” or the “user”).

By purchasing any of our templates, or using or accessing our Bonus Materials, it is implied that you agree to comply and be legally bound by the terms set out in this agreement, which is why you really should stick it out and read the whole thing. We reserve the right to update these Terms (“ToU”) in line with legal requirements and without prior notice. Such changes take immediate effect upon their posting on the Site. SANLITUNBEI USER ACCOUNTS

 

Simply here to browse our templates and website? Go right ahead – no account is needed! However, if you wish to purchase a template package (and who could blame you!?), you will be required to create an account with us. To register for an account, you will be required to provide us with some personal information such as your email address, name, and password. Don’t worry, any personal information that you provide to us will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASE

 

Once a purchase has been made, and the template package has been delivered to you, you will not be able to cancel your purchase, and no refunds will be issued by US.​

USER MISTAKES

 

Please be aware that Sanlitunbei cannot be held responsible for any user errors during the customization or use of our templates. Additionally, we are not liable for technical issues or downtime caused by third-party platforms, such as Google Sheets, Canva, or similar software, that may affect the functionality of our products.

Our templates are designed to be fully customizable, allowing you to adapt them to suit your individual or business needs. While the initial setup may require a few hours of your time, this investment will streamline your workflow and save you significant time in the long term.

SUSPENSION & TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNTS

 

• Involuntary Suspension or Termination of Your Account

Snalitunbei will make best efforts to notify you if we have a reason to believe that you have violated this ToU and may issue you a written warning outlining the behavior that we believe is in violation. However, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Sanlitunbei account without warning. 

 

• Voluntary Termination of Your Account

You are free to voluntarily delete your Sanlitunbei account by requesting us to terminate your account manually at any time. Deleting your account may mean that you may no longer have access to your user portal or Bonus Materials. We will be sad to see you leave!

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

While Sanlitunbei does not have any individual ownership over additional content that you add to our templates. We do retain ownership of all intellectual property in the templates, Bonus Materials, and the Sanlitunbei brand itself, including copyrights, trademarks, service marks, and patents. By granting you access to our templates and Bonus Materials, Sanlitunbei does not grant or transfer to you any other rights, title or interest, other than a limited license. You also do not have permission to remove or alter any intellectual property notices or Sanlitunbei branding that may be contained in our templates or Bonus Materials. 

 

NON-COMMERCIAL USE

The unauthorized commercial use of this Site or its content without explicit consent is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of access without a refund.

At the heart of our mission is creating a space that inspires and supports professional growth for interior designers. The resources provided on this Site are crafted to serve that purpose, but access comes with specific limitations, including a strict non-commercial use policy.

This policy explicitly forbids the direct commercial exploitation of any part of the Site or its content. THE TEMPLATES

Our design templates come with the following licensing terms:

• The templates can be used indefinitely by either one individual purchaser or one company with up to 15 users.

• The license is non-exclusive, meaning multiple customers can buy the same template.

• You are not allowed to re-sell, copy, lease, license, sub-license, or distribute the templates for free or to any third party.

• The Licensee is prohibited from repurposing the templates, content, copy, or educational material to create derivative works or to use them as a basis for creating competing products for sale. Such actions are strictly forbidden and may lead to legal consequences. The Licensor actively monitors for these activities.

• All purchases are digital downloads; no physical items will be shipped.
